We have had a rough couple of weeks! First a stomach bug hit us one by one and now all six in our family are in various stages of influenza! Maybe it’s the price we pay for an early spring…who knows! But we’ll be keeping meals simple this week utilizing our freezer stock pile!
Breakfasts:
- Kashi cereal or granola x 2
- toast and eggs x2
- Crockpot Oatmeal x 2
- Whole Wheat Pancakes and sausage
Lunch
- Smoothies with Homemade Yogurt
- PB& J’s x 2
- Banana & Peanut Butter towers
- BLT’s
- Spinach salad with Hard-boiled eggs
- Dinner leftovers
Dinners
- BBQ Country Ribs and Potatoes and asparagus
- Fried Rice (with Rib leftovers!) and Steamed Veggies
- Dinner at Church: Hamburgers & Brats (we bring the buns!)
- Zuppa Toscana Soup and Italian Salad
- Crockpot Enchiladas with Mexican Rice
- Leftovers
- A Birthday Dinner at restaurant!!! (If we’re all better by then!)



Oh SURELY everyone will be healthy enough to have Mom’s birthday dinner at some place nice!!! Who’d have the nerve to be sick on someone’s birthday?!?!
