We had a pretty quiet and relaxing Easter. I didn’t even make it to Easter Sunday service since our youngest woke up at 4:00 am sick with a stomach bug. The rest of us enjoyed a lovely ham dinner (my sick one was able to keep a little bread down so that was progress.) And now we have lots of yummy ham left over to use in this week’s meals!
Breakfasts:
- Ham ‘n’ Eggs
- Cereal x 2
- Toast and Smoothies
- Crockpot Oatmeal
- Banana Bread
- Whole Wheat Waffles
Lunches:
- Chef salad (with chopped ham and hard-boiled eggs)
- PB& J’s x 2
- Apples & Cheese & Crackers
- Ants on a Log
- Bananas and Almond Butter
- Cheese Quesadillas
Dinners:
- Ham & Bean Soup…post coming soon!
- Spaghetti and Meatballs
- Ham Fried Rice & Veggie Stir Fry
- Chicken and Rice Hotdish (or Casserole to you non-Minnesotans)
- Whole Wheat Crust Pizza
- Dad’s (and babysitter’s) Choice x 2 (I’m going to a homeschool conference!!!)
