Garlic Rosemary Baked Fries

Garlic Rosemary Baked Fries

This is my husbands favorite thing to make on Sunday nights, and I love it because he’s the one cooking!  He was inspired by SmashBurger.

Garlic Rosemary Baked Fries

  • Potatoes (as many as it takes to feed your family, we do one for each person)
  • Garlic Salt
  • Rosemary
  • Olive Oil

Cut your potatoes into fry sized pieces, our’s usually look like steak fries.

Put into a big bowl and drizzle with olive oil and add the garlic and rosemary…I have a Rachel Ray attitude towards measuring…a couple of pieces of garlic salt, and a handful of rosemary.   Toss it around until everything is covered!

Cover a cookie sheet with tinfoil…we think the tinfoil is key to them being crispy!

Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.  Flip them with tongs about halfway through!

We serve them with fry sauce…because it’s delish!

Fry Sauce

  • ketchup
  • mayo
  • pickles

Add equal parts ketchup and mayo ( or whatever ratio you prefer) and mix.  Chop up a pickle into tiny pieces and mix in.  We also add and tiny dollop of pickle juice (crazy?).
